Key Ingredients

• Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis BB-12™: A deeply researched probiotic — shown at 1 billion CFU daily to significantly increase bowel movement frequency in adults with low defecation frequency over 4 weeks, and to protect the gut barrier by lowering intestinal permeability in obese adults through positive influence on tight junction proteins
• Guar Galactomannan (Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum — PHGG): A gentle, soluble prebiotic fibre — fuels the beneficial bacteria and postbiotic activity in this formula, supports healthy gut motility, and contributes to the gut barrier strengthening action of the complete triple-action formula

Directions 

Adults:  Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
