I'm an Australian telehealth Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with 20+ years experience, supported by a science degree in Herbal Medicine and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Naturopathic Medicine.

Driven by science and curiosity, I specialise in identifying the root causes of complex health issues - using DNA testing, hormone profiling and microbiome analysis to get to answers fast, and give you a long-term health roadmap that's yours to keep for life.

My Why

In 2001, my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer. After she passed in 2019, everything shifted for me.

Mum's journey had reminded me of the value of health and the confusion and isolation illness can bring, especially with limited support.

Her experience, like others with complex health issues, revealed the challenges in navigating integrative care amid misleading supplement ads, social media health gurus and interdisciplinary rivalries.

This realisation drew me back to clinical practice, shaping how I care for people today - with empathy, honesty and a commitment to helping you regain health and to making myself redundant as quickly as possible.
