In 2001, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. The prognosis was not good.

Our family was devastated, but mum fought every step of the way and carved out 17 years more than expected. In 2019, the cancer finally won out, and we lost a strong, vibrant and courageous woman.

I was determined use my training to help others achieve their Health Potential and avoid the heartache we had experienced.
I left my corporate job and returned to clinical practice. This is my “why”.

As a mother and grandmother, I understand the everyday struggles we face as women. How we always put everyone else before ourselves, often at the expense of our own health and happiness. I believe we are only able to achieve what we do because we are women – because we are extraordinary! I’m here to support you on your journey to wellness, and to remind you of how exceptional you are.
