In 2001, while I was in my first year of university, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Our family was devastated, but mum fought every step of the way.
Just over 3 years ago, the cancer won out, and we lost a strong, vibrant and courageous woman.

I was determined to help people avoid the heartache my family had endured.
I left my corporate job and returned to clinical practice. This is my “why”.

As a mother and grandmother, I understand the everyday struggles we face as women. How we always put everyone else before ourselves, often at the expense of our own health and happiness. I believe we are only able to achieve what we do because we are women – because we are extraordinary! I’m here to support you on your journey to wellness, and to remind you of how exceptional you are.
