Order Processing
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to carefully pack and prepare your order. As a practitioner-supervised store, each new customer order is reviewed before dispatch to ensure you are receiving the right products for your needs.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification once your order has been dispatched — including tracking information where available.
Shipping Times
We ship Australia-wide. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT — 2 to 5 business days
- SA, WA, TAS, NT — 3 to 7 business days
Please note these are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 Australia-wide — no surprises at checkout, regardless of your order size or location.
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post satchel, meaning your order arrives as quickly as possible once it leaves our hands.
Please note: For very small or lightweight orders, standard shipping may represent a higher relative cost. For larger orders, our flat rate represents exceptional value. If you have any questions about shipping for your specific order, please don't hesitate to contact us before purchasing.
Direct Dispatch
Some products may be dispatched directly from our supplier warehouse, which can result in faster delivery times. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
