Key Ingredients

• Iodine (potassium iodide): An essential mineral and the primary building block of thyroid hormones — thyroxine (T4) contains four molecules of iodine and cannot be synthesised without adequate iodine supply; deficiency directly impairs thyroid hormone production and is a leading driver of thyroid-related fatigue and metabolic slowing
• Selenomethionine: A highly bioavailable form of selenium critical for thyroid hormone conversion — selenium-dependent iodothyronine deiodinase converts T4 into the biologically active T3, while selenoproteins protect the thyroid gland against oxidative damage from hydrogen peroxide generated during hormone synthesis
• Zinc: Supporting the synthesis and regulation of thyroid hormones — zinc also provides antioxidant activity via limiting lipid peroxidation and restricting free radical damage, contributing to the protective nutritional environment required for healthy thyroid cell function
• Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha): A clinically researched adaptogen supporting thyroid function and energy production — shown to act as a GABA mimetic agent, helping attenuate the negative effects of chronic stress on thyroid and adrenal axis function that commonly accompany thyroid imbalance

• When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor, pharmacist or healthcare practitioner.
• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
• Contains fish. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
