Metagenics Shake It Dairy Free is a practitioner-formulated, dairy free and vegan-suitable body composition shake delivering 20g of soy protein per serve with only 3g of impact carbohydrates — supporting sustained weight management and lean muscle preservation for those avoiding dairy.

• Soy protein isolate (69%): A complete plant protein delivering all essential amino acids — chosen for its ability to preserve and grow muscle mass while supporting satiety, thermogenesis and lean body composition in a 100% dairy free format
• MetaFibre (resistant maltodextrin): A prebiotic dietary fibre supporting digestive health and contributing to satiety — helping slow glucose absorption and support the gut microbiome during weight management
• 20g protein, 3g impact carbohydrates per serve: The same clinically supported high protein, low carbohydrate macronutrient ratio as standard Shake It — delivering the body composition benefits of the Shake It program in a format suitable for vegans, vegetarians and those with dairy intolerance or allergy

Directions 

Add 2 level scoops (32g) to 300mL of water and shake or blend well, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Consume 1 serve daily, or use a half serve (16g) twice daily as a snack between meals.
