Metagenics Relaxan is a Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal formula combining Bupleurum, Chinese peony, Atractylodes and Dong quai — clinically shown to support the nervous system under stress, relieve nervous tension, irritability and moodiness, and support healthy cytokine and hormone balance during hormonal change.

Directions
