Key Ingredients
- Green tea (EGCG) & Grape seed (OPCs): A powerful antioxidant pairing — EGCG from green tea is clinically shown to reduce DNA breaks, support healthy cell function and protect telomere length, while grape seed OPCs scavenge the most damaging free radical species including superoxide, hydroxyl and peroxynitrite
- Methylcobalamin (B12) & Calcium folinate (active folate): The directly usable, activated forms of two critical B vitamins — supporting healthy neurological function, DNA synthesis, energy production and methylation without requiring conversion by the liver

Warnings
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
