Key ingredients

• Meta Fe® Iron bisglycinate (24mg elemental iron): A covalently bound amino acid chelated iron remaining intact through the gut mucosa — absorbed via the efficient amino acid uptake pathway without dissociation in the digestive tract, minimising gastrointestinal side effects common with other iron forms
• Mecobalamin (Co-methylcobalamin B12, 500mcg) & Pyridoxine B6: Support normal red blood cell production, healthy haemoglobin formation and energy metabolism
• Levomefolic acid (5-MTHF, 200mcg): The active, immediately bioavailable form of folate bypassing MTHFR conversion — supporting red blood cell production and healthy pregnancy without folic acid conversion dependency
• Calcium ascorbate (Vitamin C): Supports iron absorption, reduces oxidative damage and provides a gentle buffered Vitamin C alongside the iron formula
