Metagenics Five Mushroom delivers a high-potency water/alcohol extract of five organically grown Japanese mushrooms — Maitake, Armillaria, Zhuling, Reishi and Shiitake — traditionally used in Chinese and Japanese herbal medicine to promote healthy immune function, assist upper respiratory tract infection management, allergy management and support T helper cell and macrophage immune activity.

Key ingredients

• Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi, 20%): Traditionally used in Chinese medicine for allergy management — supporting histamine release inhibition from mast cells and healthy immune regulation
• Lentinula edodes (Shiitake, 20%): Supports T helper cell precursor potentiation, macrophage activity, cytokine production and healthy acquired and innate immune function
• Polyporus umbellatus (Zhuling, 20%) & Bionectria ochrolauca (Armillaria, 20%): Support healthy innate and acquired immune responses and upper respiratory tract infection management
• Grifola frondosa (Maitake, 20%): Supports healthy immune cell activation and innate immune response via beta-glucan mediated mechanisms

Directions

Adults: Shake well before use. Take 1.0mL (35 drops in water or juice) twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional
