Metagenics FemmeX delivers MagActive® Magnesium bisglycinate with Myo-inositol, Taurine, Levomefolic acid, Mecobalamin, P5P, Tyrosine, Iodine, Chromium and Selenium in a tropical powder — clinically formulated for women to support healthy hormonal balance, relieve PMS symptoms, support PCOS ovarian function, thyroid hormone production and phase II oestrogen metabolism.

Directions
Adults: Add 2 level scoops (9.8g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

- This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
