Key ingredients
- Brassica oleracea (Broccoli sprout, 100mg): Provides sulforaphane and glucosinolates at 10-100 times higher concentrations than mature broccoli — supporting phase 2 liver detoxification, oestrogen clearance and reactive oxygen species neutralisation
- Meta Fe® Iron bisglycinate & Meta Zn® Zinc bisglycinate: Highly bioavailable chelated mineral forms providing 5mg iron and 10mg zinc — particularly beneficial for women with increased dietary demand including vegetarians and the elderly

Warnings
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
