Directions
Adults: Add 2 level scoops (9.5g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings
- Not to be taken by children under 2 years old.
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 165 mg of sodium.
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
