Metagenics E.N.T. Immune Care for Kids delivers Astragalus, Reishi, Olive leaf and Liquorice with Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin D3 in a pineapple-flavoured powder — traditionally used in Western and Chinese herbal medicine for ear, nose and throat health — with tiered dosing for both daily immune maintenance and acute cold severity and duration reduction in children aged 2-12 years.
Key ingredients
- Astragalus membranaceus (root): Traditionally used in Chinese medicine for upper respiratory tract infections — supporting T-lymphocyte development, NK cell function, neutrophil activity and acquired immunity
- Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi): Traditionally used to relieve excess mucous of the nose and throat — supporting innate immune defence and reducing URTI severity via saponin expectorant activity
- Olea europaea (Olive leaf): Traditionally used for ear, nose and throat congestion in Western herbal medicine
- Vitamin C, Zinc & Vitamin D3: Support healthy immune cell development, NK cell and neutrophil function and first-line defence against invading microorganisms via innate immunity upregulation
- Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice root): Supports respiratory mucous membrane health and immune function in the upper respiratory tract
Directions
- Children 2 to 4 years: Mix 1/2 scoop (1.8g) into 50mL of water.
- Children 5 to 12 years: Mix 1 scoop (3.6g) into 100mL of water.
- To assist healthy immune function: Take once daily.
- To reduce severity and duration of common colds: Take twice daily.
