Metagenics Adaptan delivers a traditionally used Western herbal adaptogen complex of Rehmannia, American Ginseng, Wild Oats and Lavender — clinically aligned with the "wired and tired" adrenal presentation — to support healthy HPA axis function, resist environmental stress, reduce excess nervous energy and nourish the adrenals during sustained stress.

Key ingredients

• Rehmannia glutinosa (root): Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to support adrenal cortex activity, healthy HPA axis function and nervous tension relief during ongoing stress and anxiety
• Panax quinquefolius (American Ginseng, root): A non-stimulating adaptogen modulating GABAergic, glutamatergic and monoaminergic neurotransmitter activity to support stress tolerance and reduce excess nervous energy
